MBC Acquires Alpha Foods

We’re excited to share that Alpha Foods has officially joined MBC Companies expanding our ability to deliver delicious pizza nationwide across foodservice, K-12, private label, and retail.

Based just outside Houston in Waller, TX, Alpha has built a reputation for passion and quality, especially in school programs. Founded in 1984 by Greek immigrants George and Athena Sarandos, the company has grown from a regional foodservice distributor into a respected national producer of frozen pizzas. Today, Alpha proudly serves K-12 schools, national grocery chains, and leading CPG brands across the country.
